Well—time for some Instructure-structuring. I got caught in this round of layoffs. I hope it’s just a short term fix and gives the remaining Bridge teams the best chance at success.

The easy reaction is to be at least a little pissed off. But maybe I’m finally old enough to see the trajectory of my career. I’ve been laid off twice before in my career, and both times turned out to be opportunities for the better. So I’m off to the next thing— best of luck to those of you that remain!
